      Manish Jain is currently the Country Head - Wholesale Banking at YES Bank where his remit includes Large Corporates, Emerging Local Corporates, Financial Institutions, Multinational Corporates, Government Banking, Transaction Banking, Project Finance, Loan Syndication, Investment Banking, Merchant Banking, IFSC Banking Unit, Corporate & Government Advisory and Economic Research.

      Prior to YES Bank, Manish worked at Standard Chartered Bank for more than 2 decades in diverse geographical locations throughout India serving all corporate client segments from Large Corporates to SMEs. His responsibilities over the years included credit analysis, sales & client relationship management, building portfolios through new client acquisition, risk management, team management and developing & driving strategy for client segments. In his last role at Standard Chartered, he was Co-head of Corporate Commercial & Institutional Banking Client Coverage for India along with responsibility for corporate banking business in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka & Nepal.

      Manish has also worked at GE, Ernst & Young Consulting and Maruti Suzuki.

      Manish holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore and is a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Holding key positions in both Indian Private Sector and MNC banks, she has played a pivotal role in developing HR strategy, facilitating cultural shifts, overseeing pivotal transformation, designing progressive compensation models, and championing Diversity and Inclusion.

      Her illustrious journey encompasses roles at renowned institutions such as HDFC Bank, Barclays Bank, Development Credit Bank (DCB), YES BANK and the TATA Group.       Ashish Chandak, has settled in Mumbai since 1996. A gold medalist at his engineering and management courses, he has worked with various organisations like Thermax, L&T Finance, IDFC, ICICI Venture and is for the last 12+ years with YES Bank.

      At YES Bank, he is the Chief Compliance Officer, thereby acting as the face of the Bank with the various Regulators and responsible to ensure that the Bank carries out it's business in a regulatorily compliant manner.

      He is an avid marathoner as well and believes in inculcating some form of physical activities to ensure balanced growth of mind and body. He has participated in various National and International Marathon events including the Comrades Marathon of 90 km in South Africa, New York Marathon, Amsterdam Marathon.

      He has earlier also been associated with CRISIL as a subject matter expert trainer for Project Financing Excel Modelling Workshop conducted over 3 days.

      Heads the HNI/Super-HNI segment, Wealth offering, Global Indian Banking (including Abu Dhabi Rep Office) along with Spectrum Banking Customer Experience & Service Excellence. He has been with Yes Bank for almost 9 years now. He spearheads the Branch Banking Objectives of CASA Led Liabilities growth along with fee income generation from cross sell of products like Mutual Funds, Trade/Fx, Insurance, Retail Assets and Business Banking assets. Apart from branch distribution scale up and profitability, he is also responsible for Product & Program which has played an important role in driving liability growth, maximizing return/profitability through product innovation/customization. With an objective of strengthening the collaboration between Product, Program & Sales.

      Akshay brings with him almost 23 years of work experience and has joined us from IndusInd Bank (2008-2013) where he was designated as Sr. Vice President & Zonal Head - Branch Banking for North Zone. North Zone was the largest Zone for Indusind Bank in terms of contribution to Balance Sheet and Branch Profitability.

      Prior to IndusInd, Akshay has handled various assignments across Liability Sales, Liabilities Product & Segment Management in Branch Banking in banks like ICICI Bank (2000 - 2003) and RBS (ABN AMRO, 2003 to 2008). He began his Financial Services career in 1996 in a stock broking firm where he was handling Sales and Relationship Management for a period of 2 years.

      His overall work experience so far has allowed him to experience all the facets of Branch Banking - from Corporate Roles like Strategy Planning, Budget Planning, Branch and Channel P&L, Branch/ATM expansion strategy, Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Sales Process Management to Line Management functions like Team Creation and Management, Overall Branch Distribution P&L and Efficiency Management, New Branch Breakevens etc. through New Client Acquisition and CASA Growth, Fee Revenue from branches through distribution of Wealth Products, HL, LAP, Credit Cards, Core Banking fee as well as Trade/Fx Income.

      Akshay has completed his PGDM from Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD, Pune and Graduation from Delhi University.

      Sumana Chakravarty joined YES BANK in December 2021 and is currently the Financial Controller (FC) of YES BANK. By qualification she is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, she also holds a Master of Commerce (M.COM) degree from the University of Mumbai.

      She has over 17 years of rich experience in understanding and implementing financial reporting frameworks under Indian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Indian GAAP) including Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP). Her core competencies also include audit and assurance services; reporting on internal financial controls; management assurance services; to banking and financial services clientele in India.

      She has built, managed and lead large and diverse teams across different regional and international geographies. In her previous role (December 2004 to November 2021) she was associated with Big 4 audit firm in India and has served as an audit engagement partner for banks, non-banking financial companies, private equity funds, asset management and trustee companies. She has also served international secondments in her previous role to KPMG United Kingdom and KPMG Spain where she has lead engagements on audit of internal controls over financial reporting.

      Farida Lambay is the Chairperson, Governing Council, YES Foundation. She has over 30 years of work experience in the Development sector. She has formerly served as the Vice Principal of 'College of Social Work, Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai.

      A Co-Founder and Trustee of ‘Pratham’ – an NGO, she is also a Member of the Maharashtra State Commission for the Protection of Child Rights and currently serves on the Government of India Committee on Child Labor & Research in Education.

      She is a recipient of numerous prestigious awards including the ‘CNN-IBN Indian of the Year Award’, 2010 and ‘Indira Gandhi Memorial Award’ for her contributions to Education and Child Rights, 2015.

      Since 2016, Prabhat Pani is associated with Tata Trusts - currently, as Senior Advisor for Partnerships, and earlier managing the roles of Head - Partnerships and Technology, and the portfolios of Tata Water Mission (covering drinking water, sanitation and hygiene), and Digital Interventions (promoting digital literacy, and data-driven governance).

      He is currently a Trustee in the Tata Power Community Development Trust, and a Governing Council member of YES Foundation.

      Since 2019, Prabhat is associated with SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, as Head of Social Sector Interventions and Projects, and as Chairperson, Centre for Education in the Social Sector, which offers a unique Post-Graduate Program in Development Management. His role covers amplifying the work done by the institute in the social sector – Building capacity of social sector professionals, promoting research, and influencing management practice.

      During the previous 30-plus years, Prabhat managed roles in for-profit entities in FMCG, Telecom and Hospitality spaces, a large part in the Tata Group. His last few roles in the corporate sector were as Executive Director in TajSATS Air Catering, as CEO of Ginger Hotels, as COO (for Karnataka-AP) in Tata Teleservices, and as CEO (for Gujarat-MP-Chhattisgarh) in Bharti Airtel.

      Prabhat has completed his PGDM from IIM, Ahmedabad, after completion of BE (Hons.) from BITS, Pilani.

      Prabhat is currently a member of the Board of Governors of IIM, Sambalpur. In the past, he has been prominently associated with CII, including as South Regional Council member for many years.

      Nixon Joseph, CEO, CLT India (Childrens Lovecastles Trust), Bengaluru, former President & Chief Operating Officer, SBI Foundation, is a post-graduate in English Language and Literature, joined State Bank of India in 1985 as probationary officer. As a career Banker, he has extensive experience in various facets of Banking like Corporate Credit, Retail Operations, International Banking etc., has worked all across India. He was also Manager(Operations), SBI Bahrain and Chief Executive Officer, SBI Tokyo branch(2008-2012). He is a Certified Credit Professional, Certified Banking Compliance Professional and Certified Information Systems Banker. He was instrumental in bringing out the Carbon Credit Policy and Green Banking policy of State Bank of India, India's largest Bank. Retired from SBI as DGM and President & COO, SBI Foundation in May 2021.

      During his stint in Tokyo (2008-12) he was President of the Sakura Toastmasters Club, Tokyo and also started the Tokyo debating society.

      His interest in long distance running has led to his completion of 54 full marathons (42.195km), That he was never an athlete, yet started full marathon running at the age of 45 years, went ahead completing full marathons and still running, has been inspiring thousands of people especially youth. Various institutions have been inviting him to share his experiences of running 54 full marathons and motivate the youth. He had participated in all the SBI Green marathons to spread the message of sustainability & be a change.

      Inspite of lockdown he dared to completed full marathons by jogging inside his apartment giving the message that "where there is a will there is an inspiring way".

      He joined SBI Foundation in 2016 and during his stint as Coordinator, SBI Youth for India fellowship program, he was instrumental in inspiring and mentoring 100 youths every year, and had taken the fellowship to a higher level. He has been mentoring many social entrepreneur units started by SBI Youth for India fellows. Has completed the ‘Social intrapreneurship" course of Ashoka Changemakers with distinction.

      As President of SBI Foundation, the CSR arm of State Bank of India he was supporting strong impact and sustainable projects to help the underprivileged and needy. He has been driving the Centre of Excellence for persons with disabilities implementing projects for a diversified and inclusive society. A regular speaker in various CSR & Sustainability forums all across India, during the lockdown period (2020-21) he has participated in more than 275 webinars as chief guest/guest of honour /panelist speaker.

      As CEO of CLT India,(since Sep 2021) he is driving the digital Stem education initiatives which has already been implemented in 4700 schools all across India and benefited 2.6 million students. CLT India is an NGO in the edtech sector established in 1997 and won the BRICS Award 2021 for promoting SDG 4 with low cost technology.

      He is the recipient of Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam award 2018 for excellence in public service and Dr Kalam Memorial Ignited Minds award. His name figures in the "Be the Inspiration" Book released by Rotary Club, Mumbai where 45 inspiring Indians were listed. He was felicitated as "Covid warrior" by the Hon'ble Governor of Maharashtra for spearheading covid relief activities. He is Honorary Professor, School of Management & Commerce, APG Shimla University and visiting faculty of International Institute for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, Goa. Gave presentation to Hon'ble President of India on the CSR activities of SBI & SBI Foundation. He has been Jury member of various awards/challenges related to CSR/Sustainability/Social Enterprises.

      Mr. Nipun Kaushal is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and National Head Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at YES BANK since June 2022. In this role, he is responsible for the Marketing & Corporate Communication and CSR functions of the Bank. He is involved in developing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that support the overall strategic objectives of the Bank.

      Prior to joining YES BANK, Mr. Kaushal served as the CMO at PNB MetLife and was associated with the company since 2018. He brings over 24 years of rich experience, having worked with companies like Honda, Maruti Udyog, Citi Group, Future Capital Financial Services, ICICI Prudential AMC, Star Union Dai–Ichi Life Insurance and Tata Asset Management.

      Mr. Kaushal has multi-industry experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, product management, project management and business development. Under leadership roles in the past, he has successfully managed product launches, brand campaigns, tactical sales initiatives as well as lead digital business.

      He holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Karnataka University and is a management graduate from International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi. He has also completed his Masters in Leadership and Strategy at London Business School, London.
